Exclusive Taproom

Overview: Taproom is opened and staffed for exclusively for your private group.

Group size: Up to 50 people (during warm season adjacent outdoor patio can accommodate an additional 150 people)

Cost: $50 set up fee due at reservation PLUS $100 per hour beverage sale minimum due at completion of event.

Available: 3 hour minimum blocks year-round outside of regular business hours.

Pavilion

Overview: Covered, open-sided event building with private bar, dedicated parking, restrooms and patio on private five acre grounds. Stocked with tables, chairs, firepits and furniture to create customizable spaces for your event needs.

Group size: Up to 300 people

Cost: $100 set up fee due at reservation PLUS $200 per hour beverage sale minimum due at the completion of the event.

Available: 3 hour minimum blocks May-October 8am to 10pm

East Patio AND South Tents

Overview: Outdoor, semi-private areas for your group with tables, chairs and power for your group. Utilize taproom bar for beverages and restrooms

Group size: Up to 100 people

Cost: $100 per hour beverage sale minimum due at the completion of the event.

Available: 3 hour minimum blocks May-October.

Frequently Asked Questions 

-       What beverages are available? We have a rotating selection of cider, apple spirits (brandy and vermouth), ice cider, mulled hot spiked cider and several non-alcoholic beverages including sparkling juice, alcohol-removed cider, THC beverages and sparkling/still water. Additionally, the pavilion event space has wine, beer and seltzers for purchase. All beverages must be purchased from the the cidery; no outside beverages are allowed.

What food is available? We have snack items for sale including pizzas, charcuterie trays, cheese plates. You may also bring in your own food to serve.

How do the beverage sale minimums work? All beverages are sold by the glass and range from $2-$8 including sales tax. At the completion of the event, all beverages sold during the reservation time count toward the beverage sale minimum. Shortfalls below the beverages must be covered by the reservation party. Reservation times include set-up and take-down and are staffed during the duration of the reserved time. Merchandise, gift cards and off-sale cider does not count toward the beverage sale minimums. For example, guests at a four-hour event in a $100 per hour beverage sale minimum space spends $400 over the course of the party, no further fee needed. Conversely, guests at the same party spend $350 over the course of the event. Reservation host covers the shortfall of $50 after the event is complete.
