Overview: Our weddings are hosted in the Pavilion, which is a covered structure open to the surrounding orchards and countryside. The Pavilion is set in five beautiful acres of buildings and amenities. We cover the event space, you bring your creativity and ideas to make your wedding distinctive.
Group Size: up to 300 guests
Cost: Saturdays: $4500; all other days: $4000
Available: May-October. Rental start at 8am. 10pm last call and music curfew. Midnight rental ends.
Includes:
Five acres of accommodations including 5400 ft2 pavilion and 3300 ft2 patios. Three ceremony locations to choose from including the bandshell, under the pavilion or the prairie. Dedicated parking, private bar, restrooms and amphitheater lawn.
Private bar serving cider, beer, apple spirits, wine, seltzers and seasonal non-alcoholic options. There are no beverage minimums and drinks are sold by the glass.
The setting overlooks the Saint Johns Abbey grounds to the north and Milk and Honey Ciders to the south.
Furniture such as tables, chairs, linens, firepits, benches, high tops and lawn games, are included. Bring in your flowers and decor to customize the space.
Experienced venue staff work to make your event a successful, happy day. We handle all event-space-related tasks such as setting up ceremony, setting up reception tables/chairs/linens, interfacing with vendors, cleaning and busing during reception, bartending, and cleaning up after reception.
The pavilion is a covered, seasonal structure, open on three sides with fans, windbreaks and heaters to maintain comfort with the experience of an outdoor wedding. The restrooms are climate controlled and full service.
